At Hatchet Outdoor Supply Co., we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-release items and final sale goods are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags, spare buttons, and dust bags are included in the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your drop-off receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
